• Strong healthy plant growth will reduce nitrate levels, improving water quality for your fish.
• All in one complete plant fertiliser, containing essential trace elements required for healthy and lush plant growth.
• Contains E.D.T.A. iron, copper and manganese, 1 dose of Bio-Green will increase the iron leaves to 0.5 mg/L.
• Dosage: Weekly. For best results use 5mL per 50 Litres, for lower iron levels use 5mL per 200 Litres
• Aquatic plants also use other elements from within the aquarium such as nitrogen and phosphate. In most cases nitrogen and phosphate do not need to be added as these levels are often too high and need to be reduced through water changes.
• Aquatic plants will also use potassium, but only in small amounts as potassium is primarily used by plants for the production of flowers and fruit. Why don't we add potassium to Bio-Green?
• We haven’t omitted potassium from the Biotope conditioning and fertilizing program so potassium along with magnesium and carbonates are all included in the Bio-Min range of products below:
• Aquatic plants need Bio-Green as a fertilizer and Bio-Min for minerals. Choose one of the four Bio-Min products below:
